1Returns

You may return or exchange unused items within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused
• Must be in original condition
• Must have original packaging
• Must include receipt / proof of purchase

If more than 7 days have passed since initiating a return request, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved:

• Refund will be initiated to your original payment method
• Refund processing time depends on your bank/payment provider

You will be notified about the refund status via email.

3Shipping for Returns

Customers must pay return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed
• For COD orders (if enabled), cancellations must be done before shipping

5Non-Returnable Items

For safety & hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Used items
• Customized or personalized products
• Opened consumables
